Fabio, looked at it and knew the problem immediately and showed me why it was not working. He ordered the part and was back the next day to repair the refrigerator. I was very happy with his service. Wow. What a wonderful experience. I’m so thankful I discovered this company! The customer service was fantastic. The woman on the phone had such expertise regarding my dryer brand & walked me thru the warranty process, for which I had failed to register years ago. Because of her, I was able to go online & do that. Plus, she found a technician in my area for same day service, which I truly needed. Fabio came, & he & his partner quickly identified the problem. They had the part in their truck & quickly installed it after explaining what caused the part to go bad & tips to keep it from happening again. This was not an easy job as our laundry closet is quite cramped. They seemed to handle it with ease. The repair cost was reasonable! I am so pleased & will be recommending them to my friends. What a blessing!
I had a mold issue in my washing machine and needed the dryer vent cleaned. I called this company and they came out within three hours. He was very thorough. He explained everything to me and fixed everything at a reasonable price. He got so much lint out of my vents behind the walls it was scary. That was definitely a fire hazard. This company gets the job done. They are thorough and they do it right. Highly recommended.
